Here are the top stories in Houston today: After Game 4 of the ALDS was postponed because of inclement weather, the Houston Astros will attempt to punch their ticket to the ALCS today. Lance McCullers starts for Houston against the Chicago White Sox following a stellar performance in Game 1. (Houston Patch) The Waller County District Attorney said Waller police mishandled the investigation into a crash that injured six cyclists on Sept. 25. The investigation is ongoing and any charges would be decided on by a grand jury. (Houston Patch) A Houston teen charged with murder in a crash that killed three valet workers last week had his bond reduced. (KPRC Click2Houston) A manhunt is underway for a shooter who pointed gun at random motorists along FM 1960, shooting one person. (KTRK-TV) A 7-year-old was shot in the head at an apartment complex in southeast Houston, the Houston Police Department said.
