SANTEE, CA — A twin-engine plane nose dived into a San Diego suburb Monday after repeated warnings it was flying too low, according to a recording.
The Cessna 340 killed two and burned several homes in the neighborhood. It is believed the plane first crashed into a UPS van killing the driver and the pilot. No other deaths were reported but there were a number of injuries due to the fire the crash caused.
