Lost gift card B and 7th and Tuolumne

I accidentally ran the stop sign on Tuolumne so it's my fault but anyway I forgot. My husband usually drives but he lost his mind and left so... got stopped by mpd who wanted to search and they placed it on the hood of the car on a super windy day and ya know it blew away.. if the person who finds it wants to return it to us it's my 11 year olds gift card.. thanks
