Technicians will be the face of ScreenWorks, providing OEM grade repairs.Anyone that likes to work with technology and has great time management skills will be a great fit. Some experience in working with phones, tablets, and computers is preferred, but training is provided.Job Description-Resolve customer issues by diagnosing and repairing devices-Expand your knowledge of technology and repair-Give outstanding customer service-Demonstrate ScreenWorks Core Values in all interactions-Maintain a clean working environmentTo be successful, you need· Passion for solving problems and delivering solutions· A desire to help people with their devices· Reliable and flexible when it comes to dealing with difficult situations· The ability to quickly adapt in an ever changing environment· Ability to pass a drug and background checkYou are a good fit if you have· Six months experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting· Knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems· High School diploma or equivalent preferred· Strong oral and written communication skills· Strong time management and organization skills Pay: Starting at $15/hour Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver's License (Required)All employees are required to wear a mask, sanitize devices before and after working on them, and frequently wash/sanitize hands. Customers are recommended to maintain social distancing and are required to wear a mask.
