As director of human resources, Ryan will be responsible for creating and implementing programs for employee recruitment, engagement and retention. He holds Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR) and Society of Human Resources Certified HR Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications and received a Bachelor of Arts, Communications from the University of Connecticut.
