Contractor with crew wanted

I have a property in Gastonia that's needs full rehab. Ceilings have just been hung. Walls are not new drywall, but they need to be mudded and sanded. I need the whole house ready for paint. Windows are wood. Most need sanding and glazing. Some need wood rot repairs. About 12 windows. Trim in the house is in great shape, I want to save it and repaint it. Some areas may need alittle sanding. Flooring needed. House has original hardwoods, except one bedroom and the kitchen. Recess lights in the ceiling, in the living room and dining area. Light fixtures, outlet covers, light switches need to be replaced. Exterior siding repairs. May need help with the kitchen and bathroom. I'm looking for dependable contractors who will work on the house every day, not work on this house and 3 other projects at the same time. Must have a crew! I need the house finished fast. Pay is by the project. I will pay for all materials. Must have experience, tools, and transportation. I need people who can start immediately! No beginners!
