PACIFICA, CA — Neighbors helped find a stolen puppy in Pacifica on Saturday that was taken from the owners' front yard. The 9-month-old Yorkshire Terrier mix breed puppy was located at the Pacific Manor Shopping Center around an hour after it was reported missing from its home on Shoreview Avenue, according to the Pacifica Police Department. The dog was located by neighbors who had gone looking for it, and the owners identified it as their stolen puppy. The dog was safe and reunited with its owners. Kerri Livingston, a 51-year-old Pacifica resident, was charged with grand theft of a dog and possession of stolen property along with several drug-related charges.
