POSITION OVERVIEW -Provide support in specialized projects -Repetitive motion, pulling, pushing, lifting, reaching, climbing -Operating floor machinery and cleaning equipment -Hardwood floor care including stripping and waxing, scrubbing and recoating, machine scrub, grout cleaning and other additional maintenance -Carpet floor care cleaning and maintenance -Other specialized tasks may include window and upholstery cleaning, pressure washing, mat cleaning and other additional services -Prepare chemicals for work application -Detail cleaning as necessary REQUIREMENTS -Evenings and weekend availability -Training will be provided! -Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred -Must be able to push, pull and lift 100lbs or more on a daily basis -Must pass Background Check, Drug Test and have a clean driving record -Good communication skills -Reliable COMPANY BENEFITS -PTO -Bonuses -401K Retirement Plan -Company Vehicle -Training provided Full-Time Position Compensation: $18 D.O.E Colorado Commercial Services is a family-owned commercial cleaning company based in Denver, CO.
