Wanted-weekend person to staff a property for setups and janitorial. This is a split shift Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 10am and Saturday and Sunday from 4pm to 10pm. Open the facilities in the morning. Make sure everything is set up for the days activities. Be available to assist residents during the day and evening activities. Clean and lock up facilities at the end of the shift. This is a permanent position, 20 hours per week. Must be reliable, pass a background and drug screen. Send your experience or resume. See below for details. 1. Make sure you have the company cell phone from the time you clock in until you clock out. 2. Check calendar and coffee slips for events to set up and cleanliness of all rooms. 3. Make sure all areas are open and unlocked. 4. Check all bathrooms for paper towel and toilet tissue supply. Make sure the bathrooms in both phases and pools are being wiped down daily. Countertops, doors, fixtures, stalls, ect. Mop all bathrooms as needed and pool bathrooms following bathroom cleaning schedule. Everything should be cleaned. 5. Blow off tennis and pickle ball courts. 6. Check laundry room for neatness-mop up wet areas as needed and replace paper towels when needed. 7. Remove trash from gate house. 8. Clean fitness center daily. 9. At 7PM start cleaning laundry room. Dust, mop and wipe down all machines. Sweep floors if needed. 10. Wipe off tables in Phase II rooms. 11. Lock laundry rooms at 8PM. 12. Lock pools and bathrooms at 9PM or dusk. 13. Clean all ashtrays weekly in both Phase I and Phase II. 14. Empty trash receptacles in Main Hall Phase I pool area and phase II. 15. Straighten, dust, and wipe down tables in library. 16. Close Phase I and Phase II at 10PM unless activities are underway. 17. Clean Phase I Main Hall after Bingo, Pinochle and meals during season. 18. Empty kitchen trash cans, clean coffee pots and tea pot after Bingo or other event. 19. Make sure all gates, hall doors and sheds are locked. 20. Make sure all soap dispensers have soap in them. 21. Make sure all trash is emptied. 22. Make sure all hand sanitizer dispensers have product in them. 23. Wipe down all doors and handles weekly with disinfectant spray or wipes. 24. Make sure all the tables in the main hall are wiped down and clean after events. 25. Dust mop the floor in the main hall after an event.
