Description
We are looking to rehome our two lionhead rabbits. It has been a difficult decision, but we have a baby on the way and feel that rehoming is the responsible thing to do based on our circumstances.
Kevin (neutered male) is goofy and playful and Clara (un-spayed female) is more reserved, but both are gentle. They are not bonded, but can be with time (we currently have them in two separate enclosures)
Supplies included:
-X-Pen
-Two cages
-Litterboxes and litter
-Hay
-Food and feeding supplies
-Toys
-pet carriers
Please note that rabbit ownership can be challenging. They are wonderful pets but may not be suitable for very young children or people who are looking for a cuddly pet. I encourage you to thoroughly check out rabbit care resources online. We are more than happy to answer any and all of your questions.
If you plan to bond the rabbits, we recommend spaying the female. You can check out your local vet and/or go to a spay and neuter clinic like Spay Now in Laurel, MD.
Rehoming fee is $50 each or $75 for both and includes all of their supplies. We’ve included a rehoming fee to discourage impulse buyers, but will donate this money to a local pet charity/shelter such as BARCS.
