So I got a question I am service connected for osteoarthritis with right and left knee pain.there is or was a tears in my meniscus and lateral tears in medial compartments. Just had surgery on right knee only been about almost 2 weeks ago.My question is this I developed blood clots a few years back and have been on xarelta every since should I claim this and if so as a secondary claim.Thanks for your help.
