Found Small Black and Brown Weiner Dog

Description

Found a small brown and black dog running around the Legacy Oaks neighborhood. He's very friendly and seems used to being around people. We took him to the vet and he is not microchipped or fixed. We cannot keep this dog and hopefully we can find the owner soon.
