General Laborer, and Punch-list Carpenter

New home builder seeking the following individuals. Have ability to work with someone on a flexible schedule, as long as the individual is reliable. General Laborer This will require various tasks as assigned, which do not require a high level of experience. However, an ability to listen and follow instructions is required. Tasks such as: *Cleaning up jobsites *Moving materials (lumber, bags, boxes, etc.) *Caulking *Shoveling (raking occasionally) *Must be physically fit. Typically the heaviest item carried will be lumber or sheets of drywall. However, you must have the ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 70lbs. While carry materials, you must be able to step onto a deck or platform, up to 16" off the ground. Punchlist Carpenter Experience in various aspects of wood carpentry. If you are only experienced in one aspect of carpentry, such as Interior Trim or only Framing, then please be honest. This will help in knowing which tasks to best schedule you with. Tasks assigned may include: *Interior Trim (installation of cabinets, shelving, window sills, baseboard, doors, fireplace mantels, casing doors and building headers, door and cabinet handles) *Framing (Typically smaller punchlist items such as correct other subcontractor errors during the framing stages, which requires the knowledge of building walls. Should have an understanding of ground-through-truss framing.) *Siding (typically punchlist items such as caulking, correcting mistakes from other subcontractors, or completing a siding stage when a subcontractor is behind) *General repairs (adjusting doors, replacing or adjusting windows, tightening/securing loose items) To inquire, please use one of the following methods: *Email resume *Email description of work experience *Call phone number in the "reply" tab
