Whoever keeps deleting this post, must love companies ripping off senior citizens! Moron! Never, ever purchase hearing aids from this scam company! Vela Hearing Aids advertise that they have a 30 day money back guarantee, but you never see your money again! I bought a pair, they were way to big for my ears, and only 1 worked! Sent them back, and according to their website, they credit you as soon as they receive them! They got mine on August 4th, and no longer return emails, or answer the phone! I have already reported them to ripoffreport.com, and will continue to let people know what a BS company they are! Many other people are having the same issues with this company! Avoid them!
