We have a wooden fence and a patio which require some repair. The wood fence has a rotted section that needs to be replaced. There are a couple gates that need to be remounted, and one section that is bowing that could use some repair. For the patio, some baseboards and railings need replacement. Materials will need to be purchased and hauled. Excellent for someone with a truck, and skills in outdoor/landscape/construction. $50/hour for the labor, plus materials. Opportunities for further handiwork may result.
