Cookie is a 5 year old heeler mix that I adopted 6 months ago. I’ve had a few major life changes and can’t give him all the time and energy he needs. He’s a lovely dog that gets along really well with other small dogs. He taps his paws when he’s excited about dinner, will get really close to you and stare at you until you hug him, loves sleeping in bed with you and is an extremely loyal dog. He has a calmer disposition but still needs exercise and loves play time. Most of the time you’ll catch him laying in his bed, my bed, or the couch. He’s completely potty trained, neutered and microchipped. He is wary of men initially and needs about a five minute warm up period before he’s all over them. Cats are a no for him. From what I’ve seen he’s fond of chasing them. He’ll come with a crate, a bag of his dog food, all of his favorite toys, a leash and a harness. I’m asking a rehoming fee of $150 just to ensure that he’s going to a responsible owner. I also will be using my best judgment to ensure that he’s a good fit for you and your family.
