Stolen road bike seen... orange color...

I drove by a small tent encampment on Bloomington ave at 26th st. and saw an orange road bike that looked like it was worth a grand or more. I'm thinking it was stolen. It had sti shifters on it... very nice orange road bike with 700 wheels set... a few door south of 26th street on Bloomington ave. Good luck!
