JOB DESCRIPTION The Cannabis Trimmer is responsible for efficiently performing quality trimming to prepare harvested cannabis plants for sale. This person will de-fan plants; precisely weigh and record plants; trim off sticks when the cannabis dries; and sustain cleanliness and organization of person and work area. TEMP-TO-HIRE This position is a temporary 1099 contract position, with the potential to move into a full-time employee role. REQUIREMENTS Must be able to pass a background check. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to withstand the elements, being exposed to changing weather conditions throughout the shift. Exposure to water throughout the shift is common. Must be able to stand, squat and kneel for long periods of time. Must have good hand and eye coordination and be able to focus on details.
