Hello everyone, I am looking for a band or group of folks who would like to share a rehearsal space  with myself and 4 others (two groups) in Sum Studios in Malden.  We are all in our late 20's or early 30's.  It is a new, larger room that we take good care of and has nice sound isolation.  My group plays primarily psych rock and covers, while the other guys are more alternative rock.  Reach out if you'd like to hear more!  Pricing dependent on how many people are in your group.
