The ideal candidate will have prior experience in apartment, hotel or a related maintenance field. We are seeking a high energy associate who can achieve results without supervision. This position includes handling daily work order repairs and preparing apartments for rent with a sense of purpose and urgency. Our maintenance staff is the essential link to customer service, maintaining resident (our customer) satisfaction and retention. This position requires working in residents homes with pleasant attitude and professional appearance while performing maintenance service.
