Local Restoration Company is seeking the right person to train. We are looking for a few experienced Water Mitigation Technicians (Crew Chief) with exceptional customer service, written and communication skills. There are three positions open: 1. We are looking for two lead techs with 2-5 years' experience to a run a couple new crews. 2. We are also looking for one lead tech with 1-3 years' experience. They will be trained directly by one of our lead technicians. 3. We are also looking for 3 helpers (limited experience is ok). This is the perfect position for someone looking to grow with a quickly expanding company out of North County San Diego.
