SEEKING INFORMATION ON FRAUD/CRIMINAL CONTRACTOR FOR ARREST!

Hi all! We are posting this bulletin on here due to the fact that a search has been initiated for the individual pictured on this post who is responsible for atleast 7 cases of $500-$2500 cases of fraud by deception: - (Penal Code § 830.1 et seq.) & (Penal Code §487) is what he is charged with. He is being labeled as a scam and a con artist who is believed to be organized and functioning in the San Diego area(s), posing as a “professional contractor” for whichever trade you are seeking to hire somebody for and his “MO” (Modus Operandi) is that of obtaining a cash deposit ($500-$2500) providing a fake receipt and then disappearing soon after while also disconnecting his phone. He goes by the name of “Hector” and the telephone number he has used is as follows: (619) 802-2578. This number was Googled and we found 7 other victims of his who, on different sites, have posted their fraudulent experiences with this criminal. His scam was acted upon against a sworn Government-employed Firefighter/Paramedic and upon paying him the deposit of $1500, he stated he would go to the City of Chula Vista so as to obtain permit(s) for the work he would be conducting. He returned and stated he spoke to the city and all permits were pulled along with obtaining an “extension” for the permit process. This is all videoed and recorded on surveillance camera. He also stated that the City is attempting to practice in “corrupt activities” and are trying to make it difficult for him to “do his job”. This too caught on video surveillance as he was speaking. I then contacted a family member who works for the San Diego division of the FBI and upon his investigation, found that this con artist never once went to the city offices as he said he did and this was confirmed not only by interviewing the staff but also by viewing city building surveillance footage. He was nowhere to be seen or found outside or inside the city building office(s). A police report has also been filed with the City of Chula Vista Police and a search has begun. I have provided all video surveillance footage of him making all statements along with confirming numerous times that he was paid the amount of cash of $1500 before he fled. He is now avoiding any and all contact and is more than likely searching for his next victim(s). You may reply to this ad or simply contact the City of Chula Vista Police with any information you may have pertaining to this criminal so that he may be apprehended by law enforcement and held accountable for his organized crimes.
