The job: Help with light cleaning and moving items, meet with renters to walk through the house and take photos, meet with contractors. Pay is $25/hour paid over Venmo Why: I am located out of State and need a reliable person to do some things to help prep my home for sale. San Diego In-Person Job, Personal Assistance in Person to help us prepare sell our house remotely The Tasks: -Communicate with me over WhatsApp, reliable & responsive -You must be located in San Diego, California with a car so you can go to the house 5-10 times located in 92102 zip code near Balboa Park. -Once go to the house to walk through taking photos and video so we can asses how much work is needed. -Go again the day the renters leave to collect keys & take detailed photos and video. -Help me set up the security Blink camera remotely, I have done it before. They are on the house and we need to reset. -I need to have furniture & boxes from the storage unit in the back shed moved to a storage unit off the property. Let me know if you can do this physical work and I hire a YouHaul or you can help unlock and supervise while someone else does this. -Meet painters at the house to let them in and review their work. -Later meet the renters at the house to take away furniture. -Must install the free app WhatsApp to communicate with us about the job. -We need a reliable person and detail-oriented person to help deal with details to prep and sell the house. The work is around October 28 (when renters move out) to about Nov 10 when the house goes on the market. This is about 20 hours work. To Apply Answer these Questions: 1.
