Looking for a handyman to work independently for a rental company with over 100 properties. The ideal candidate should have general knowledge of the following: Painting Plumbing Electrical Drywall repair etc. This a 1099 contractor position and the term is TBD, however there is no end date in sight. You will need your own vehicle, preferably a van or pick up and your own tools. We pay between $20 and $25 an hour plus mileage @ $0.33 per mile.
