Fixing kitchen drawer

Hi we had a kitchen drawer fall off into a house that we recently purchased I have attached pictures of how it’s fallen off we have no idea how to get it back on, if someone has the tools to do this please let me know. ($45) We also have put down flooring in one of our restrooms that we have grown to hate and want someone who has that tool to scrape it off and for the floor the next smoothe to lay down new flooring. ($70) You can do one of either of the jobs let me know. Please look at where we are located. San valley is very east valley about 45 minutes from Phoenix
