Looking for a new home for our chocolate lab

Hello...I'm searching for the perfect new home for our chocolate lab, Gibbs. Gibbs is 9 years old. We've had him since he was a puppy. My wife recently passed away from cancer so now, I need to find Gibbs a new home. He is a great and loyal dog. Very smart and loving. We got Gibbs while living in Northern California. 3 years ago we moved to Austin. When my wife passed away, I came back to So Cal. I'm currently visiting family down in El Centro. I would love to find Gibbs a new home in the San Diego area. A little history on Gibbs. He has had both back knees operated on. He's fine now. Just needed both knee sockets fixed. While in Austin, Gibbs had bad allergies so we started apoquel to help. Don't think he needs it back in California. He has the occasional ear infection as some labs do. He loves to play fetch. If your family has a boy or girl who loves to play outside, Gibbs would be perfect. He also loves the water (as all labs do) :) If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
