Found kitten in tree.

I just so happened to be outside when I heard a kitten. When I turned around I saw his brother or sister being attached by the neighbors dog. I couldn't save that one however I found this one nearby in the tree. I can't keep the kitten but if anyone is interested in taking in the poor scared kitten, it would be greatly appreciated. I believe it's a boy.
