Overview: Packers are responsible for assembling and packing orders as well as quality control. Candidates must be able to work from picking ticket, pull the correct components, and pack the order correctly Essential Duties: Pull hardware necessary to complete order. Pack and prepare order for shipping. Pull stock items for will-calls. Notify managers concerning any non-conformities and the need for repairs to the facility or equipment. Maintain a healthy and safe working environment. Ability to be a back- up driver if needed. Other duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate: Have exceptional attention to detail Have basic computer knowledge. Be able to stand and work an 8 hour shift Previous forklift experience preferable Have good working knowledge of figures and numbers Ability to learn products and part numbers. Be able to work quickly and efficiently. Be able to lift and carry (over 50 pounds).
