Fast growing General Contractor servicing a property management firm is looking for a fast working and experienced house cleaner to clean vacant rental homes/condominiums and restore to a rent ready condition. This position has potential to grow into a full-time position in the foreseeable future. The applicant should have reliable transportation, be able to follow instructions, have impeccable attention to detail, and be able to work quickly and sometimes on short notice to make our homes ready for our next tenants. Requires travel to our many properties throughout King and Snohomish Counties. Required attributes: • Dependable • Honest • Organized • Able to work independently and as a team member • Good communication skills • Good customer service skills • Professional demeanor • Dependable Transportation • A phone capable of taking and e-mailing pictures from job site The hours worked will initially be on an as needed basis but will increase over time with possible full-time hours in the foreseeable future. Starting pay for the right person is $18 per hour plus reimbursement for gas. Serious candidates will be fully screened including criminal background.
