Looking for a team-oriented individual to contribute at an indoor cultivation facility of a licensed i502 Cannabis farm located in Bellevue. This individual will work closely with the owner and Manager to ensure daily tasks and responsibilities are completed according to company standards. This is a full-time position with great potential for a permanent position and upward momentum. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work ~This is a full-time position. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Overtime may be required. ~Must be punctual and reliable. ~While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform lifting, walking, standing, sitting, bending/crouching, and repetitive motions. *We are a small team. Only go-getting, good vibe- types need apply. Job Requirements: • You are at least 21 years of age. • You have no felony convictions, other than cannabis related. • You are willing to participate in an extensive background check. • You are trustworthy and hardworking. • You have reliable transportation. Education and Qualification Requirements: • Growing experience, commercial level preferred. • Must understand and implement the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures set forth by the State. • Fundamental knowledge, as well as the ability to be taught and guided in areas related to cleaning, record keeping, cloning, pruning, harvesting, drying, and curing. • Skill in analyzing potential problems with a plant or the product being processed. • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of the farm. • Must have accountability, proactive behavior, and strong attention to detail. • Ability to stay on task and work well with others. • 1-3 years of experience with verifiable proof of previous employment. Summary of essential job functions: • Be a team member of an indoor cultivation facility, with a wide variety of strains. • Grow, harvest, and deliver high quality craft cannabis. • Follow set plan on proper planting, growing production processes according to current SOPs and maintain records of crop activities and observations, including integrated pest management systems and growth records. • Ensure that the garden stays on schedule and compliant, from cloning to harvest. • Follow all spray programs and submit timely use reports to leadership. • Maintain Safety programs and other aspects of regulatory compliance. • Follow and track all repairs and maintenance projects. • Maintain production areas to ensure compliance with company quality and sanitation standards. • Identify and implement methods and practices to achieve operational improvements in efficiency, quality, delivery, and operating profits. • Assist in all processes in cloning, mother care, pest control, watering, pruning, defoliating and monitoring progress. • Thorough cleaning of facility. • Destruction of waste according to WA State law. • Occasional help in processing, trimming, and packaging, may be required Job Type: FULL-TIME ~This job starts at $19.00/hour or more (depending on proof of experience) after 90 day probationary period wage may be adjusted. ~Health Insurance after 90 days probation ~PTO accrual after 90 day probation ***Cover letter detailing growing experience must be included to be considered for the position. *** • 8 hour shift • Weekend availability Experience: • Horticulture: 1 year (Preferred) • Gardening: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Preferred) • SSN
