Full Time Maintenance Tech needed for 120 unit apartment community on Kents Easthill.

Must have experience.
Job duties include:
All maintenance required to run a well maintained apartment community.
This includes all aspects of apartment turns and repairs, some plumbing, minor electrical,
occasional drywall, wall tile installation and repairs, minor carpentry, grounds clean up, ability to learn lock pins a plus.
Must be able to lift and climb stairs, have the ability to perform work in a timely and clean manner when entering occupied units.
Must be able to pass background check.
Compensation will be negotiable based on experience.
