FOUND black and white male poodle mix

Found un-neutered black and white poodle mix. Curly hair, huge paws, spotted, long nose, friendly, possibly under a year old. Found running around Ferndale drive. We’ve had him in our possession for two days now, very anxious to find his owners. Seems to have been taken care of somewhat, freshly groomed and trimmed nails, however skin had scabs and hot spots.
