MAINTENANCE POSITION AVAILABLE for Property Management Company We are a small management company based in Los Angeles; we are looking for someone to fill a FULL-TIME position on our Maintenance Team servicing various properties between West Los Angeles and DTLA. JOB INCLUDES: A $25.00 per hour pay rate (subject to increase based on experience) Healthcare plan Optional 401k plan Cellphone allowance Mileage reimbursement Weekly pay (on Fridays) JOB REQUIREMENTS: Experience with plumbing, electrical and general maintenance Must have own tools Must have own vehicle Ability to work independently and with a team Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
