Position Summary The person is responsible for performing tasks involving physical labor. You must know how to operate a high-pressure washing system to clean large areas. The ideal candidate has 1 - 2 years industry experience, can work independently, and is willing to drive to different job site locations. Evening to night shift. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: - Maintaining a clean job site: picking up all tolls and equipment - Loading and unloading essential job equipment and tools into company vehicle and job site locations - Handling and storing materials - Inspect the surface areas after washing to ensure it is clear of dirt, stains, and debris - Squeegee and clean exterior windows after pressure washing - Must have an eye on preventative maintenance (report defects, repairs, things that may need attention at different job sites) we bring value to our clients when we let them know about issues at their properties - Portray a positive company image and engage in professional and friendly communications with all clients - Ensuring that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed, bringing problems to the attention of the Operations Manager, CEO, or HR Manager Qualifications - MUST have ACTIVE Drivers License with clean driving record (Person will be added to the vehicle insurance) - Ability to drive long distances, up to 50% of the job - Ability to work independently and complete daily work schedules - Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform physical labor under adverse weather conditions - Ability to communicate orally and in writing (English and or Spanish) - Ability to use equipment and tolls properly and safely - Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency - Must be able to work with others and perform with little supervision - Experience on the job 1 to 2 years Benefits - Vision, Dental, and Health
