Line Cooks and Team Leaders needed

A Christian-owned restaurant/food truck is looking for line cooks and team leads for our mobile restaurant. This food truck will travel around different regions, serving in different venues including special events, festivals, catering and daily food service. We need employees who are free to travel and to become fully involved in this business. FOR TEAM LEADS: We are looking for true leaders to handle daily operations and supervise line cooks. Extensive experience in the food service industry with a strong knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant regulations is required. We need well-trained chefs/cooks to assist in the creation of original recipes and planning menus for a new food truck startup business. Familiarity with comfort food preferred - looking for down homestyle recipes with a creative twist. These leaders will be expected to act as business advisors based on their background and industry knowledge. These positions are open to anyone in the USA who is free to travel at any time. Relocation to the Danville, Virginia area is optional. FOR LINE COOKS: Food and customer service experience is a major plus but we are willing to train.
