Description

Hi! I’m in a User Experience (UX) certificate program taught by Google and am presently working on the first of three projects for my UX portfolio. My assignment for this first project is to design a “ceremony preview app for a venue in my favorite city” and I am currently in the research stage of the process. I need to recruit participants for a short, 1-on-1 interview, where I’ll be asking questions to help me figure out how to design an app that is not only highly useful, but is also a joy to use, as well. Potential participants should: 👰‍♀️ Be planning a wedding or have recently been married. 👰‍♀️ Have and regularly use a mobile device, apps, and the internet. 👰‍♀️ Be comfortable sharing their opinions, thoughts and ideas truthfully and authentically, without any sugarcoating or people pleasing. And 👰‍♀️ Be fluent in English. The interview will last roughly 15 mins and be conducted via Zoom or by telephone. All responses and personal information will be held in the strictest of confidence and will never be used or shared with anyone or for any purpose outside of the scope if the project without prior written consent from participant. Moreover, we will never try to sell you anything or ask anything from your other than your honest opinions and feedback. The interviews will begin on Wednesday (tomorrow) and continue through Friday between the hours of 12-4pm Pacific in 15-minute blocks. If you’re interested in helping me design the world’s most useful wedding planning and ceremony preview app please let me know which day and time work best for you in a DM. And please include your email address so I can send you confirmation and a consent form that needs to be completed and returned before the interview. Thank you all so much! (And again, I truly hope this message is not considered spam, as that was not my intent in posting it.) Blessings and Joy, Sister Dharma Gettin’
