Self Storage - Yard Maintenance Person - Part Time

Tijeras Self Storage is a family owned Self Storage Facility in the South East corner of Albuquerque. We are looking to hire someone for Yard Maintenance for a part-time position that could eventually turn into full time. The position is currently a 3 day a week job, 7:30am-5pm, and the pay is hourly at $12.00 an hour. - Customer Service - Answering customer questions. - Assisting customers with the repair and maintenance of their storage unit. - Maintaining and updating customer access to their storage units. - Being very handy is a must, as there are various handyman/construction/repairs/painting tasks on a daily basis. - Making sure the yard is secure - locks/gates/fences. - Gardening maintenance. - Janitorial duties. - Communication to the front office. - PC Computer skills is a plus. We are looking for a personable, honest, hard working individual who takes ownership of their job. With good work, this position can progress to full time and result in future raises.
