Abandoned Puppy Needs loving home

I have a dog that a friend of mine rescued off the street and I’m wholeheartedly sad to let him go. I am moving and trying to find myself an apartment, living in hotels and just cannot take this on. His name is Beau. Apparently he had been hit by a car and left somewhere in Charlotte. He is the most loving cuddly dog I’ve ever met, but his rear hind leg has a fracture at the hip bone. So right now all he can do is hop on it. I took him to the vet to get X-rays and they believe they can save it, but e needs to see an orthopedic specialist, and it’s a month out from his appointment. I’m willing to even help with the surgery if I can get him to a good home. I’m desperate. I don’t want to take him to an shelter. He isn’t fixed, was waiting to do that at same time of his surgery. He is a pit mix. Please anyone who may be able to help us contact us so he can get the love and care he deserves.
