Johnny is an 8 month old Border Collie-Golden Retriever mix. Johnny is snapping at our young kids and we have made the hard decision to rehome him. He has not bitten anyone, but we are concerned for the children. Johnny doesn’t exhibit aggression toward adults, and is very sweet. We’ve shown him a lot of love and he’s loved us back, but we need to find him a home without children. I believe that Johnny would do well in a home without children, with plenty of room to run and play. He gets along very well with our older dog, and they play and run constantly and are very close. Johnny is very smart and has picked up well on our efforts to train him and show him not to chew on objects other than his toys and bones. He would make a good buddy to pal around with on a farm or a lot with some room to run.
