Elliptical Repair or Assembly

I'm looking for someone who can repair my elliptical machine. It's a NordicTrack Audiostrider 800. It works fine except for clicking sound that gets progressively louder. I opened it up and what's making the noise are a screws that hold the magnets within the flywheel. These screws are rubbing against the flywheel itself. As far as I can tell, the reason is that the flywheel is slightly off center. To fix it, one would need to adjust the flywheel by disassembling the mechanism. A technician gets about $75/hr. I'll pay you that if you give me an estimate of time and can really fix it, not just a temporary jerry-rig it. If you can do a jerry-rig, I'd pay you a fair price for that. Please send me your credentials. I'm also looking for someone to assemble a new elliptical machine if I can't fix the current one. The standard fee is $85 and, depending on skill, takes 1 to 2 hours.
