Farm Equipment Operator/ Licensed Applicator Nourse Farms is a leader in the production, preparation, growth and sale of premium quality small fruit plant stock. Our number one objective is to present the best quality product for sale to our growers with the customer support for them to be successful. This is a full time farming position available for a tractor and equipment operator with a pesticide applicator's license. This position requires a valid driver's license, pesticide license, high school diploma, and tractor driving experience. Must have proven experience driving standard vehicles. Employee must report to work regularly and on time, have the physical ability to carry out the requirements of the job, ability to lift 80 lbs., work outdoors in all weather conditions and achieve our work standards. Employee will primarily report to work in Northfield at 108 Hinsdale Road location but will be required to provide support at our main site of 41 River Road in Whately as needed. The rate of pay for this position will be commensurate with experience and paid on a weekly basis. Training will be provided.
