Painting + Yard cleanup

Hi, I have an old deck I want to refresh by power washing and using Deck Restore paint. I also have interior painting touch-ups. Finally, our yard is in general need of cleaning up (weeds, racking, etc). $15/hr+ cash. Not interested in bid because the work is mainly touch-ups and it would be hard to scope. I’d prefer someone with their own painting supplies like brushes. Bonus if you have a power washer. Will provide the paint. This is probably about 2-3 weeks of work. Might have additional work if you’re interested, but wanted to start with these two things. In your reply, let me know what experience you have an hourly rate you desire. Thanks!
