GROUND MAINTENANCE: Seaview Boatyard West located in Seattle, is currently seeking a self-motivated, reliable grounds maintenance worker to join our crew. Responsibilities: •Cleaning Facility •Occasionally Operate Forklift •Assist Travelift Crew as Needed •Occasional Parts Runner •Help Keep Yard in Compliance with Environmental Standards Essential Physical Functions: •Minimal Lifting of 50 LBS •Work in all Weather Conditions Job Type: •Full Time Additional Comments: •Work Schedule is Monday-Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm •Must work as part of a team with a good attitude •Must be punctual and have an excellent work ethic Benefits: •Medical, Dental and Vision Insurances •401K Plan •Paid Sick/Vacation Time *Compensation DOE
