Someone please rescue these parakeets!

A family in my neighborhood leaves their parakeets outside on the porch in a cage for weeks on end. I just woke up to frost conditions and they are still out there. They have been out there in full morning sun with no shade. I tried to call animal control and they never responded and didnt do anything. They let one of them go and we found it on our house! If you have room in your home for a birdcage and a couple of parakeets, please RESCUE them! Drive/walk by and see them for yourself: 27009 122nd Pl SE, Kent, WA 98030 Take them to a better family who will actually take care of them. Wear a mask - they do have a camera.
