have an adorable tea cup chihuahua and she is 9 weeks old...will stay very tiny..she is maybe one pound now. Fits in my hand...I've enclosed a pic...she is 900 dollars. And I'm in Olympia. Ya wont find smaller or smarter than her. Thanks
