Seeking to hire honest, dependable and detail-oriented person for residential housekeeping at executive home the Lutz area. Approximately 32 hours per week (weekdays/daytime) Duties include: Regular cleaning duties (mopping, vacuuming, dusting/polishing, windows etc.) Laundry Keep refrigerator, kitchen, cabinets, closets etc. clean and organized Running errands (Dry cleaning etc.) Grocery shopping Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license & reliable transportation Must be able to lift 20 lbs (i.e.-vacuum/laundry) and go up and down multiple flights of stairs. Show proof that you are legally eligible to work in the U.S. Ability to communicate in English Ability to pass a criminal background check Attention to detail that is above and beyond Previous experience cleaning residential homes REFERENCES ARE REQUIRED.
