I am looking to hire and train a new automotive detailer. Non-negotiable: Driver's License with no restrictions. Good work history. Extremely hard worker in peak physical condition. Qualifications: Would be great if you have experience in auto detailing but if not, that's fine. Must have worked with your hands in shop or outdoor environment. Must have excelled in labor environment for at least 2 years. Must be able to work well as part of a team with other detailers in high-paced, high stress shop environment. Pay: $15-$19 depending on experience, interview, and resume. Future prospects: As detailers gain experience with us and prove their ability to detail an interior with precision and speed, we train and promote them. By the 6 month mark, a good detailer will have learned how to do a good interior detail, a proper cleaning of exterior paint, claying of paint, engine cleaning, paint correction (cut and polish), ceramic coatings. After mastering these tasks, the opportunity to learn window tint and clear bra will become available.
