I seek a reliable, hard worker with cleaning and some management experience of any type who likes to clean and would enjoy managing a large home, from which I run 4 Airbnb's. Management experience can be formal or informal. This is a 25-28 hours / week position with benefits. Benefits are 2 weeks paid vacation and 5 paid sick days annually. I am a physician and can help with health care needs that arise on occasion. Hours are flexible, usually 9a-3p or shorter, on days that the airbnbs need cleaning. Days off vary week to week. Most of your time is spent cleaning and doing laundry for airbnb's and home. The rest of the time is managing home inventory, some errands to run.
