Now hiring sales manager for recruiting and leadership of sales team in the Baton Rouge area. Lucrative base pay PLUS overrides on ALL team sales reps. This is with an authorized dealer for AT&T 'FIBER-TO-THE-HOME' and DIRECTV and DIRECTV STREAM (formerly AT&T TV). Additional products offered to qualified customers include SmartHome Security (includes cameras) with multiple providers. MUST have qualifications that meet the following criteria: 1. SOME management experience (experience in the cable industry a plus, but not required) 2. SOME door to door sales experience (retail sales experience also allowed) 3. Positive input from current or previous employment 4. People skills consistent with leadership (includes abilities when meeting with members of team, as well as recruiting experience 5. Leading the way in sales 6. Ability to interview new hire prospects Compensation: 1. Weekly pay as manager (*discussed and determined at interview*)... includes base pay + sales commission + overrides on ALL team member sales 2. Sales commissions are as follows: $253.00 for bundled video/fiber internet sale $325.00 camera/home security sale $610.00 bundled all 3 (video, internet, cameras) 3. Monthly incentive bonuses paid on sales goals This job is a contract sales job, and is VERY FLEXIBLE. You would be considered an independent contractor; you are allowed to set your own hours.
