Owner of apartment buildings looking for Handyman:
Full time position with lots of variety.
Position resposibilities:
Painting.
Day to day repairs and diagnosis of property problems.
Lawn care.
Spring & fall cleanup.
Basic property maintenance.
Driveway repair.
Vacation and health insurance available.
Own tools, equipment operation & trailer experience a plus.
Drivers license needed.
We stay busy year round. No short weeks.
Training available. Must be able to get to work on time & self motivate.
